More 99-year leasehold Condo Launches

Here come more choices for the condo buyers.

Ho Bee’s robust sales prompt more launches (Business Times - 27 Jun 2008)
Mainboard-listed Sim Lian Group, for one, has sold about 100 units of its Clover By The Park condo at Bishan St 22 (two 39-storey blocks with a total of 616 units) since it began previewing the development on Wednesday at an average price of $750 psf. ... BT understands that Centurion Kovan (next to Kovan MRT Station)... The average price is expected to be in the $850-900 psf range.

So you see now, the longer you wait, the more choices of properties you have; and judging from the report, at lower price tags too. Hence, if you can afford to wait, wait; don't buy out of kiasuism.
