Condos at Pasir Ris Launch at $600 psf

Extracted from the Singpore Property Forum:

"Great news coming ! A new condo at Pasir Ris is launching soon at prices of S$600psf onwards. Be prepared to see prices rocking down shortly. Soon we will see condo with selling prices below S$600 psf."

"Hurray ! At last the signs of a major correction of property price is about to happen. End of this year. Property developers already start cutting prices...still not enough...2nd time they will cut prices even more...not enough 3rd time they will cut even more. This happens during 1998, 2001 and 2004. And it will happen again for sure. Guys just sit down and relax to see price cutting happening. And sub-sales will start to dwindle unless sellers start to chop prices too. Also, be on the lookout on condos which will start to TOP end of this year: The Sail, RiverGates, Cosmopolitan etc.....I am confident they will slash their prices soon cause current prices are unrealistic as it goes. See how much rental can they achieve !! Be prepared for an Armageddon in the property market which is about to unleash shortly end of this year. "

"When speculators and flippers are gone only real buyers are left ....the developer is at the mercy of the buyers......when they can't get 50% of their newly launch condo sales, they will have to drop their pricing to attract buyers ...it will be a start of a price cutting war. "
