Advice to Singapore Property Sellers: Avoid Cash Strap

Developers and sellers who are waiting for high property price to come back are killing themselves with their greed .. the longer they wait with their high asking prices, the more home buyers they'll send away.

The young couples will eventually be taken care of by HDB .. Once these young couples opt for HDB BTO, they'll taken out of the private property market for a good 10 years ( 3-5 years to build and plan + 5 years min occupation period) .

The other group of home buyers are the foreigners who have been pressurised by high rentals to buy their own homes here instead but as more properties TOP and vacancy rate rise, they'll have less incentive to buy properties.

Property investors are tough buyers to crack ...

For the desperate sellers, though this warning may not look like good intention but it really IS.
