Residential Property Demand-Supply More Balanced

After seeing an acute housing supply crunch in 2007, the residential property is now moving towards better balanced between demand and supply, as more supply comes on stream. This situation is reiterated by Minister for National Development, Mah Bow Tan, in the media reports today. Going forwards, therefore, one would expect property price to moderate from its peak in 2007, since the worst of the residential property supply crunch is over.
